I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in the Brentwood/Cool Springs area. My heart is to work with those who are feeling overwhelmed by life, those who are seeking hope and healing from trauma, or those who are feeling isolated and looking for help finding their place to belong. My goal is to come alongside my clients and create a space where they feel comfortable and safe to be able to work through any obstacle they may be facing. I hold an undergraduate degree in social work from Belmont University and a graduate degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I also have training in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) and have a heart to work with first responders and military. I also have a heart to work with teachers, nurses, and others in the helping professions. I am accepting new clients and offer appointments in-person and via telehealth. I see clients at my office in Brentwood/Cool Springs on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and do telehealth appointments on Thursdays.
